Posing Guidelines. Athlete’s will come out individually in numerical order to the center of the stage. Athlete’s will perform 5 poses of their choice. This is very flexible posing so the athlete should have fun and show their confidence on the stage. Athlete’s should choose poses that highlight their best features. After performing their 5 poses (anywhere on the stage), athlete’s will be directed to the side of the stage (expediter will direct you to which side to go to) and wait for all competitors that division to be finished. The head judge will call each athlete to the front of the stage where they will perform quarter-turns with flexible posing their choice.
Finals. Athletes will do a short T-walk for 30 seconds. Scoring is based on: Healthy fit physique, presentation, symmetry and confidence.
