October 20, 2018 – OCB Roanoke Star

Once again in October, Mark and I are taking the OCB back to Roanoke, VA for the 2nd Annual Roanoke Star Competition! This year’s event will be held on Saturday, 18 August 2018 at the Holiday Inn Roanoke-Tanglewood Hotel. The Holiday Inn will also serve as the host hotel. For reservations call 540-774-4400 and mention group code "OCB Bodybuilding" for a nightly rate of $99.
For each of our events this year, we would like to announce that a percentage of all proceeds will be donated to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Adaptive Sports Program. The National Veterans Sports Programs and Special Events (NVSP&SE) office provides opportunities for health and healing through adaptive sports, recreation therapy and therapeutic art programs.
These recreational therapy programs motivate Veterans to a lifetime of health by providing effective and relevant programs. In turn, Veterans reach their full potential, improve independence and enjoy a higher quality of life.
